The fine print, in plain English.

These terms govern your purchase and use of any workshop, intensive, digital product, or service offered by Renee Lee Pike, trading as Wondr Agency (ABN 36 379 678 523) ("we," "us," "our"). By booking, purchasing, or attending, you agree to these terms.

We operate wondragency.com.au and launch.wondragency.com.au.

1. Our services

We run in-person workshops and intensives (e.g. Build Your AI Team, Foundation First), digital products, memberships (e.g. Wondr Lab), and consulting/installation services (e.g. Sidekick Install) — collectively, our "Services." What's included is described on the specific offer's page at the time you purchase.

2. Bookings and payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

3. What we provide vs. what you provide

For in-person workshops and intensives, we provide the venue (where applicable), facilitation, catering as described on the offer page, and the materials/frameworks specific to that offer.

You're responsible for:

• Meeting any stated hardware/software requirements (e.g. a paid Claude account, a laptop meeting the minimum spec, a Notion account) — these are yours to set up and pay for; they are not included in the price of the Service.
• Completing any pre-work (e.g. Context Building Prompts) by the stated deadline. Turning up without it done may reduce what we can build together on the day — that time doesn't come back.
• Your own travel, accommodation, and any costs beyond what's explicitly listed as included.

4. Cancellations and refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, including once you've attended part or all of the workshop or intensive.

If you need to cancel or can't make it, you can reschedule your seat to a future date at no extra cost — this applies even if you're cancelling within 7 days of the event.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event ourselves (e.g. insufficient numbers, illness). If we cancel, you'll be offered a seat at the next available date.

5. Intellectual property

The frameworks, methodologies, templates, and materials we provide as part of our Services remain the intellectual property of Wondr Agency. You're welcome to use them in your own business, but not to resell, republish, or teach them as your own paid offer without our written permission.

The specific business build created for or by you during a workshop or intensive — your own documents, your own AI Sidekick's configuration, your own Notion workspace — is yours.

6. No guarantee of results

Business and AI-implementation outcomes vary depending on your own effort, business context, and follow-through after the Service. We don't guarantee specific results, revenue outcomes, or time savings.

7. AI-assisted delivery

Some of what we deliver — content, communications, and parts of how our business runs — is assisted by AI tools, always with human review. See our AI Policy for detail on how this affects you, including that when you use your own AI accounts (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) as part of a Service, that usage is governed by those providers' own terms, not ours.

8. Conduct

Our small-group intensives and workshops depend on a respectful, focused room. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others, without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for that Service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book applies to that booking.
