Privacy Policy

Your privacy, plainly explained.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Renee Lee Pike, trading as Wondr Agency (ABN 36 379 678 523) ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We operate wondragency.com.au and launch.wondragency.com.au.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details — name, email, phone number.
  • Business details — company name, website, social handles, what your business does, and answers you give us about your challenges and how you currently use AI (collected when you register for a workshop, intensive, or other offer).
  • Event logistics info — dietary requirements, for in-person events.
  • Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Communications — anything you send us by email, text, or through a form, including replies to our emails.
  • Website usage data — standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically via our website and marketing platform, which may include cookies or similar tracking technologies used for analytics and ad targeting.

We do not collect sensitive information beyond what's listed above (e.g. dietary requirements, which we treat as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) unless you volunteer it to us directly.

2. How we collect it

Mostly directly from you — through our website forms, booking/registration forms, email, phone, or in person. Payment details are collected by Stripe on our behalf; we never see your full card number.

3. Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your information to:

  • Process your booking or purchase and deliver the service you've paid for.
  • Communicate with you about your booking (confirmations, reminders, logistics, follow-up).
  • Personalise workshop/intensive content where relevant.
  • Cater to dietary requirements at in-person events.
  • Send you marketing communications (email and/or SMS) — only if you've opted in via the checkbox on our forms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing us directly.
  • Improve our offers and website.
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information with the third-party platforms that run our business, specifically:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM, booking, and email/SMS platform. Your contact and booking details are stored here.
  • Stripe — our payment processor. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
  • Notion — where some client-facing materials are hosted publicly; we don't store your personal answers to any prompts, because you complete them yourself, in your own AI chat and your own documents (see our AI Policy for more on this distinction).

Some of these providers are based overseas (the US), which means your information may be processed or stored outside Australia. Each maintains its own security and privacy standards; we choose providers with a credible security track record.

We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

5. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including relying on the security measures of the reputable third-party platforms listed above. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it's reasonably needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law (e.g. financial records), after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. AI tools and your data

We use AI tools (including Claude by Anthropic) in running our business — drafting, research, and admin support. A human always reviews anything AI-assisted before it's sent to you or published. See our AI Policy for the full detail, including the important distinction between information you give us and information you process yourself in your own AI accounts as part of a workshop or intensive.

8. Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records).
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics and to improve your browsing experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
